We went to Ferry Beach this afternoon, to get some fresh air and exercise. Finally, it feels like fall. We collected some sea shells for a project I have in mind that Mackenna and I are going to make together. It was a lot of fun, and Mackenna even took her shoes off and went in the water a bit.

I love these pictures of Dakota playing in the sand and exploring with her hands. Even though she has a bit of a cold and wasn't feeling herself today, she loved the beach.
